First Ashtanga class with 董老師Ming in Taiwan.. 2005~2006 南印Pathabi Jois ASHTANGA VINIYASA 創始大師,SHESHADRI 大師阿斯坦家第一級調整六個月Ashtanga First Series adjustment traing 6months and 3months yoga traing in mysore,India. 2006,July 美國.西雅圖 200hr level Yoga Works Training Course. 2008 Feb. 南印隨B.N.S.Iyengar呼吸法冥想練習B.N.S.Iyengar certification. 2007~2008.傳統印度舞練習 Study Bharatanatyam classical India dance with Dr.Vasundhara Doraswamy in Mysore India. 1994~now 吳玉美老師開啟我舞蹈靈魂之窗When i am in Taiwan Study Latin and Jazz with Mei who is my dance-soul leader.感恩.
