生活很不順時 不氣餒 因為這本來就是生活的一部份
Life has it's ups and downs.
Be thankful when it is on the top.
Never give up when it is low, it is just the way it is.
謝謝婆婆跟先生 總是在身邊婆陪伴我 異國婚姻可以有很多文化隔閡 唯有耐心跟愛心 才能維持 感恩～

First Ashtanga class with 董老師Ming in Taiwan.. 2005~2006 南印Pathabi Jois ASHTANGA VINIYASA 創始大師,SHESHADRI 大師阿斯坦家第一級調整六個月Ashtanga First Series adjustment traing 6months and 3months yoga traing in mysore,India. 2006,July 美國.西雅圖 200hr level Yoga Works Training Course. 2008 Feb. 南印隨B.N.S.Iyengar呼吸法冥想練習B.N.S.Iyengar certification. 2007~2008.傳統印度舞練習 Study Bharatanatyam classical India dance with Dr.Vasundhara Doraswamy in Mysore India. 1994~now 吳玉美老師開啟我舞蹈靈魂之窗When i am in Taiwan Study Latin and Jazz with Mei who is my dance-soul leader.感恩.
